Terms of Service
Standard Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 10, 2026
These Standard Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Revealed website, applications, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Assure AI, Inc. d/b/a Revealed (“Revealed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
To the extent Revealed processes personal data on Customer’s behalf in providing the Service, Revealed’s Data Processing Agreement (the “DPA”) is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms, and Customer accepts the DPA by accepting these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the DPA regarding the processing of personal data, the DPA controls.
1. Scope and Order of Precedence
These Terms apply generally to all access to and use of the Service.
Customer’s use of the Service may also be governed by an order form, offer-specific terms, or other written agreement between Customer and Revealed (each, an “Order”). Web pages on the Revealed website or within the Service that present product selections, subscription options, pricing, or checkout flows (each, an “Online Order Form”) are Orders for purposes of these Terms, and the terms displayed at the time of Customer’s purchase are incorporated into the agreement. If there is any conflict between these Terms and an applicable Order, the Order will control solely with respect to the applicable offering or purchase.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You represent and warrant that:
you are at least 16 years old;
you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and
if you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Security
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify Revealed of any unauthorized use of your account or any other suspected security breach.
4. Service
Revealed provides an AI-powered business intelligence platform and related tools designed to help customers access, analyze, and use business data, insights, and related outputs. The features and functionality of the Service may change over time.
For purposes of these Terms, an "Account Monitored" means an account for which Revealed has delivered account research and is providing ongoing refresh, monitoring, or account intelligence.
5. GTM Apps
GTM Apps. A "GTM App" is a go-to-market application that Revealed scopes, configures, and delivers for use within Customer's AI co-working tools. GTM Apps are delivered in the form of plugins or skills that run inside Customer's own AI co-working environment. Except as expressly stated the Order, Revealed makes no commitment to provide professional services, managed services, or ongoing support for the GTM Apps.
Entitlement. The number of GTM Apps included with Customer's subscription, if any, and any applicable licensing terms are set forth in the applicable Order. GTM Apps are not included with a Demo Account, and Revealed has no obligation to scope, configure, or deliver any GTM App during a Demo Period (see Section 6). Included entitlements continue for so long as Customer maintains an active paid subscription and are not cumulative: Customer does not accrue additional included GTM Apps at renewal, and unused capacity has no cash value.
Additional GTM Apps. Customer may request additional GTM Apps beyond those included with its subscription, at a cost. Additional GTM Apps are provided at Revealed's then-current rate per additional GTM App per month, as set forth in the applicable Order or, absent an Order, in Revealed's published pricing table, and require Customer's written authorization before work begins. Fees for additional GTM Apps are recurring and are billed monthly alongside Customer's subscription fees for so long as the subscription is active. Once authorized, an additional GTM App continues for the remainder of the then-current subscription term and each renewal term. Customer may not cancel, remove, or discontinue an additional GTM App separately from its subscription; an additional GTM App may be discontinued only in connection with the termination or non-renewal of Customer's subscription. Fees for additional GTM Apps are non-refundable.
Scope and Delivery. Revealed will reasonably determine, in consultation with Customer, whether a requested GTM App is technically feasible and within scope. GTM Apps are configured and assembled for Customer using standard plugins, skills, prompts, and workflows, and do not constitute custom software development. Revealed will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver GTM Apps within a mutually agreed timeframe. All delivery timelines are estimates and depend on Customer's cooperation.
Third-Party Tools and Dependencies. GTM Apps run inside, and call on, third-party platforms, applications, and models that Revealed does not own or control, including Customer's AI co-working tools and any systems those GTM Apps connect to, such as Customer's CRM. Customer is responsible for procuring and maintaining, at its own cost, all licenses, subscriptions, and entitlements required for those tools. Changes to those platforms, including deprecations, version changes, or policy changes, may affect or disable a GTM App. Revealed does not warrant continued compatibility with any third-party tool and is not liable for any interruption or failure of a GTM App resulting from a change outside Revealed's control.
Output and Review. Any report, action, recommendation, message, record, or other result produced by a GTM App is "Output" for purposes of Section 10 (Output and AI Features), and Customer remains responsible for reviewing Output before relying on or acting upon it. Where a GTM App is capable of writing to, modifying, or sending communications from Customer's systems, Customer is solely responsible for configuring and enforcing its own human review and approval controls.
Ownership and License. All GTM Apps, including the underlying plugins, skills, prompts, workflows, software code, and related materials, are part of the Service and remain the exclusive property of Revealed as described in Section 12 (Intellectual Property). Subject to these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, Revealed grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the GTM Apps delivered to it for Customer's internal business purposes during the subscription term. This license terminates upon expiration or termination of the subscription.
6. Demo Accounts
Customer may register for a demonstration account ("Demo Account") through any signup flow Revealed makes available, or Revealed may provision one at its discretion. Demo Accounts are for internal evaluation only and are not licensed for production use. Revealed may limit Demo Accounts to one per customer, company, or email domain, and may decline to enable, modify, or revoke a Demo Account at any time at its sole discretion.
Term. A Demo Account expires thirty (30) days after the date it is created (the "Demo Period"), unless Revealed specifies a different period in writing.
Scope. A Demo Account includes two (2) Accounts Monitored only. GTM Apps are not included with a Demo Account. Revealed may modify, limit, suspend, or terminate a Demo Account at any time, with or without notice.
No fees; no automatic conversion. No fees are charged for a Demo Account and no payment method is required. Access terminates at the end of the Demo Period unless Customer has entered into an Order for a paid subscription prior to the end of the Demo Period.
Customer Data. On expiration or termination, Revealed may delete all Customer Data and Output associated with the Demo Account without further notice. Customer is responsible for exporting anything it wishes to retain before the Demo Period ends.
No warranty; limitation of liability. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Demo Accounts are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty, indemnity, service level, or support obligation of any kind. Revealed's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a Demo Account will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
7. Subscription Term and Renewal
The initial subscription term will begin on the paid subscription start date and will continue for the term length specified in the applicable Order (the “Initial Term”), unless otherwise agreed in writing. If automatic renewal is specified on the Order, after the Initial Term, the subscription will automatically renew as described on the Order, unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of the then-current term.
Except as otherwise expressly permitted under these Terms, Customer may not terminate the subscription for convenience before the end of the then-current term.
8. Billing and Plan Adjustment
The first subscription charge will be processed on the paid subscription start date, and the first billing period will be billed at the amount specified for the plan selected at checkout (or otherwise identified in the applicable Order). Thereafter, subscription fees will be charged in advance on the same calendar day each billing cycle (or, if necessary, the nearest practicable day) for the upcoming billing period of Services.
Billable Accounts. Customer’s usage in a billing period is measured as a single number for that period (the “Billable Accounts”): the number of Accounts Monitored active at the start of the billing period, plus each account added during the period, less each account paused during the period up to the number of Swaps included in Customer’s then-current plan (each such replacement of one monitored account with a different account, a “Swap”). An account added during a billing period counts toward Billable Accounts for the remainder of that period even if it is later paused or removed; pausing or removing an account reduces Billable Accounts only to the extent Customer has unused included Swaps for that period. Included Swaps (if any) are billing-period allowances only and do not roll over.
Billing tier. Customer’s tier for a billing period is the tier the Customer selected or approved in the Revealed Web App. In no event is the Customer’s tier lower than the tier that has an account limit that accommodates Customer’s Billable Accounts for that period, subject to any minimum tier stated in the applicable Order.
Tier increases. If Billable Accounts exceed the limits of Customer’s then-current tier and Customer’s plan includes a higher tier that accommodates them, Customer may elect to move to that higher tier effective at the time and date that usage occurs. Revealed will charge the difference between the two tiers’ fees, prorated for the remainder of the current billing period, on or about that date, and will charge the higher tier’s full fee in advance for the following billing period.
Tier decreases. If Billable Accounts for a billing period fall within the limits of a lower tier, Customer may elect to move to that lower tier effective at the start of the next billing period. Fees already charged for the current billing period are not reduced, credited, or refunded.
Overage. “Overage” means Billable Accounts in excess of the account limit of the highest tier of Customer’s plan. Overage is charged at the per-account overage rate stated in Customer’s plan or the applicable Order, and is billed in arrears: Revealed does not charge for Overage at the time the accounts are added, and instead bills the current period’s billing Overage as a separate, identified line item on Customer’s next invoice, alongside the subscription fee charged in advance for the upcoming billing period. Overage is not prorated — the full per-account rate applies to each account of Overage in the billing period in which it occurred, regardless of when during that period the account was added and regardless of whether the account was later paused or removed. Any discount that applies to Customer’s subscription fees will apply to Overage charged on the same invoice, unless the terms of that discount provide otherwise.
If Customer’s plan does not include an overage rate, Revealed may decline to add Accounts Monitored beyond the account limit of Customer’s highest tier. Revealed may also require Customer to upgrade plans or enter into a separate written arrangement before providing coverage for more Accounts Monitored or more Swaps than are included in Customer’s then-current plan.
Final billing period. On cancellation or termination, Customer’s final invoice will include any Overage accrued during the then-closing billing period, billed in arrears as described above.
Fees for GTM Apps under Section 5 (GTM Apps) are billed monthly alongside Customer's subscription fees, beginning with the first billing period following Customer's written authorization of the additional GTM App, and continue for so long as Customer's subscription is active, unless otherwise stated in the applicable Order.
Fees do not include applicable taxes. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by law, all fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable once charged, including Overage charges, which reflect usage that has already occurred.
9. Customer Data
“Authorized Users” means Customer’s employees, contractors, and other individual users whom Customer permits to access or use the Service on its behalf.
“Customer Data” means any data, information, materials, or other content submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided by or on behalf of Customer to the Service.
As between the parties, Customer retains all right, title, and interest in and to Customer Data.
Customer grants Revealed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, use, copy, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, improve, and enforce the Service and these Terms.
Customer represents and warrants that it has all rights, consents, and permissions necessary to provide Customer Data to Revealed and to permit Revealed to use Customer Data as contemplated by these Terms.
10. Output and AI Features
The Service may generate reports, analytics, recommendations, summaries, account maps, or other outputs based on Customer Data and other inputs (“Output”).
Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
Output is generated using artificial-intelligence and machine-learning models and may be probabilistic, incomplete, or inaccurate;
Customer is responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it; and
Customer is solely responsible for its decisions, actions, and results arising from use of the Service or any Output.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, Revealed makes no warranty regarding the correctness, completeness, or reliability of any Output.
11. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
Customer will not, and will not permit any third party to:
access or use the Service in violation of applicable law;
interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems or networks;
reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Service, except as expressly permitted by Revealed in writing; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, structure, or underlying components of the Service, including any AI or machine-learning models, except to the limited extent prohibited by law;
use the Service to directly or indirectly build, train, benchmark, or improve a competing product or service; or remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices contained in the Service.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, models, algorithms, workflows, plugins, skills, GTM Apps, content, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of Revealed and its licensors. For the avoidance of doubt, all AI and machine-learning models, weights, parameters, and improvements thereto (including those developed or refined using “Aggregated Data” meaning Customer Data that has been de-identified and combined with data from other customers such that it cannot reasonably be used to identify Customer or any individual) are the sole property of Revealed.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to Customer by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
If Customer provides Revealed with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, Revealed may use them without restriction or obligation.
13. Privacy and Security
Customer’s use of the Service is also subject to Revealed’s Privacy Policy, which describes how Revealed collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information in connection with the Service.
Information Security Program. Revealed maintains a comprehensive information security program designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Customer Data. This program includes administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards that are appropriate to the size, scope, and nature of Revealed’s business and the sensitivity of the data processed. Revealed’s security program is aligned with industry-recognized standards and frameworks, including the AICPA Trust Services Criteria (SOC 2).
Security Controls. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Revealed’s security program includes the following measures:
encryption of Customer Data in transit (using TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest;
role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege for personnel and systems accessing Customer Data;
multi-factor authentication for access to production systems and environments that store or process Customer Data;
regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and code reviews;
monitoring, logging, and alerting for security-relevant events across the Service infrastructure;
business continuity and disaster recovery plans, tested at least annually; and
security awareness training for all personnel with access to Customer Data.
Incident Response. Revealed maintains an incident response plan for identifying, containing, investigating, and remediating security incidents. If Revealed becomes aware of a confirmed security incident involving unauthorized access to, or unauthorized acquisition, disclosure, or use of, Customer Data, Revealed will notify Customer without undue delay and in any event within the timeframe required by applicable law. Notification will include, to the extent known at the time, the nature of the incident, the categories of data affected, and the measures taken or proposed to address the incident.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Revealed does not guarantee absolute security. Customer is responsible for maintaining the security of its own systems, credentials, and network connections used to access the Service.
14. Fees and Payment
Subscription fees, billing, and plan adjustments are governed by Section 8 (Billing and Plan Adjustment) of these Terms and, to the extent applicable, the applicable Order. Fees for additional GTM Apps are governed by Section 5 (GTM Apps). If Customer purchases a subscription or other paid offering, additional fees, payment obligations, or commercial terms may be set forth in the applicable Order.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable Order, all fees are non-refundable.
15. Publicity
Customer grants Revealed a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Customer's name and logo to identify Customer as a customer on Revealed's website, subject to any written brand guidelines Customer provides. Any other use, including in marketing, sales, investor, or press materials and in any case study or testimonial describing Customer's use of the Service or results achieved, requires Customer's prior written consent. Revealed will promptly cease use of Customer's name and logo upon Customer's written request.
16. Indemnification
Customer will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revealed and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Customer’s or its Authorized Users’ use of the Service;
Customer’s breach of these Terms;
Customer Data; or
Customer’s violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
17. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVEALED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
REVEALED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE’S ARTIFICIAL-INTELLIGENCE FEATURES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REVEALED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY GTM APP WILL OPERATE WITHOUT ERROR OR INTERRUPTION, OR THAT IT WILL REMAIN COMPATIBLE WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY AI CO-WORKING TOOL.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
REVEALED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND REVEALED’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID BY CUSTOMER TO REVEALED FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
19. Suspension and Termination
Customer may stop using the Service at any time. Any termination of an account or subscription, and any related payment obligations, will be governed by the applicable Order.
Revealed may suspend or terminate Customer’s access to the Service if:
Customer breaches these Terms or an applicable Order;
Customer fails to pay amounts due;
Customer’s use of the Service poses a security risk or may harm Revealed, the Service, or other customers;
suspension or termination is required by law; or
Revealed reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access.
Upon termination or expiration, Customer's right to use the Service will cease, Customer's license to use any GTM App will terminate, and Revealed may delete Customer Data in accordance with its retention practices and any applicable Order. For the avoidance of doubt, termination or expiration will not affect Revealed’s right to retain and use Aggregated Data as described in Section 12.
A Demo Account terminates automatically at the end of the Demo Period as described in Section 6, and Revealed may terminate a Demo Account at any time as described in that Section.
20. Changes to the Service and Terms
Revealed may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service from time to time.
Revealed may update these Terms by posting a revised version on its website or otherwise notifying Customer. Updated Terms will become effective on the stated effective date. Customer’s continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Any material updates to these Terms will apply prospectively. No change to pricing or other commercial terms in an active Order will take effect before renewal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
22. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with any applicable Order, constitute the entire agreement between Customer and Revealed regarding the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Customer may not assign or transfer these Terms without Revealed’s prior written consent, except in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of Customer’s assets. Revealed may assign these Terms without restriction in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all of its assets.
Neither party will be liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, except for payment obligations.
The parties are independent contractors. These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship.
